editorial design on the other hand, requires legibility and communication. thus making it the opposite of David Carson in that sense. other than that a few design choices stick from editorial.
the design is very busy and makes you work for the information
it uses lots of low legibility text to communicate ideas to the audience.
he also uses bold and bright colors to guide attention.
he also dose not follow any grids or alignment in his designs making them feel free handed

i will try a mix of bold but serif.
i think this will improve the style and feel
the colors so far i belive work very well. although im still not happy with the text in the image. i like it being vertical as it leaves more room for the important text.
i added a paint mark to the "MAX" title. this should give it contrast with the title
i have also decided to place the red paint behind max.
i desaturated the paint to fit more with the design. i believe it looks more cohesive this way, stopping the design from being too difficult to read
